Booking & Cancellation Policy

Thank you for choosing Diligent Hands! To ensure a smooth booking process and respect for everyone’s time, please review our policy below.

1. Deposit Requirement

   • All bookings require a 25% deposit to secure your appointment. This deposit will be applied toward the final cost of your service.

   • The remaining balance is due in full at the completion of your service.

2. Cancellation Policy

   • Cancellations at least 24 hours before your appointment: You will not be charged, and your deposit will be refunded or can be applied to a future appointment.

   • Cancellations less than 24 hours before your appointment or failure to show up: You will be charged 50% of the service price.

3. Late Policy

   • Please arrive on time for your appointment. If you are more than 15 minutes late, we may need to reschedule, and a late cancellation fee may apply.
